At Innovate Labs, I lead a talented team of developers and designers to build custom web platforms and digital experiences for startups and mid-sized companies. My role includes overseeing full project lifecycles, from brainstorming concepts to delivering polished products, while ensuring seamless collaboration between teams. Notable projects include developing a cutting-edge e-commerce platform and creating an interactive VR experience for a major tech conference.

As a Senior Front-End Developer at PixelForge, I specialized in building responsive, dynamic web applications for a range of clients in tech, retail, and entertainment. Working closely with UX/UI teams, I turned wireframes into clean, functional code. I also played a key role in optimizing the company's design system, improving site performance, and mentoring junior developers.

My first role out of school, I joined Offset Digital as a Junior Web Developer, working on small business websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns. This is where I honed my coding skills and learned the ropes of client communication and project management. I also had the chance to work alongside experienced developers who guided me in best practices for clean, maintainable code.
